Hey. This topic will probably get deleted like all the others.

What if…they did this on purpose so that most of the EU/Asia will go to sleep and D4 servers will have less issues/crashes?

Last thing adam said on twitter was “we need this small but of time” and hoped it would only be a couple hours.

They need to communicate and give people an update, this is unacceptable

Engineering failures are one thing. They shouldn’t happen after how much experience Blizzard has but…stuff happens.

What isn’t execusable is this update…

We will have an update shortly on some timing soon.

…and then going radio silent for two hours.

Someone on the engineering team needs to meet with this community manager and give a TLDR of what the problem is.

Why don’t you just use AI for your community management if you’re going to hamstring your employees to this degree?

“still working on the issue.” that not possible?

Just come on and say

“Hey guys! Oh big gulps huh? Welp, See ya later!”

Then say there isn’t an update. It might seem trivial, but it costs Blizzard literally nothing and allows buyers to come up with new plans instead of waiting around

Yeah that would go over great with the fan base.

Here’s the update.
