Why not combine the different game modes into to one.
Progress through levels. When you complete level 1, go to level 2, when you complete level 2, go to level 3 etc… Levels become progressively harder with harder mobs and more abilities. Have glyph xp stands at the end of each level or simply chose a glyph that recives xp when killing stuff. At the end of each level a boss spawns. Bosses drop masterworking mats. 1-30 drop obducite, 30-60 drop ingolith AND obducite, 60+ drop all three so you don’t have to go back to lower levels to farm the earlier mats. Bosses randomly drop mats to summon uber bosses. The threat system from helltide work the same way as now but inside this dungeon progression system. Uber bosses and tormented uber bosses appear at level 100+ but can also be summoned at their regular hideouts.
Suggestions for future:
Add runewords and white bases. Make the good bases RARE af.
Reduce rare(yellow) and legendary drop rates significantly.
Everything should be tradable. Imagine having a fully masterworked perfect rolled ga tradable
Aspects should be a part of the charecter and not the item. This would make legendaries obsolete. Have aspects drop as a charm that can be consumed or something.
Bring back set items.
Please for the love of god remove the (ancient) from WT4.
