Since a few classes have some new temper recipes if I get the legendary ones first will the rare and magic versions unlock automatically (I like to unlock everything)
There are no separate unlocks for different quality temper recipes. The best quality you have found is what will appear in your codex. Lower quality recipes cease to exist when their higher quality recipes are added.
