I have a near 100 Lvl Human Storm Druid, so my punishment is my own, yeah it been a drag at times. But it is fun. But, in about an hour, I hope to start the Season with a new build, but I want to focus on Cold Damage. It annoys the heck out of me in game, I think it is something I want to build. Any thoughts, I do not chase Meta… Just interested in knowledge of known builds, know mixes that work well. Thanks in advance…
