Coiling Fate Quest

3 times on 3 different characters ive completed this quest. Says to complete the " Everything Old " quest line. It will not update and give me credit for this. Its the last quest i need to complete all the quest in Nahantu. 34/35.

This very very annoying. I just want it done so i can recieve my awards ive earned!

There is alredy a place for this Achievement “Coiling Fate” not unlocked after finishing “Everything Old” questline - PC Bug Report - Diablo IV Forums (blizzard.com)

So…there is a brand new quest in the Bazaar at the Alchemist. This gave the Hero achievements and everything along with it.
