I have a paragon 207 character and dismantle everything at the blacksmith due to iron issues.
My codex has 2 maxed aspects.
I dismantled 2 maxed aspect legendaries and the codex did not update to reflect the new aspect.
Very annoying.
You will need to find and dismantle ancestral gear to get the top tier aspects. This is working as intended as they are quite rare. Not just the ancestral items, but the higher rolls upon which they can land. 750 gear will show you a range of like 30/30, but the codex entry will say the max is 40. That 40 can only spawn on ancestral gear.
Not sure if I misunderstand amy attempt to use to Occultist to upgradeany item (Enchant or Codex of Power) I can select the change but the action button is greyed out (Level 54 Spiritborn, Normal Diff, PC) Ran a scan no issues
