Hi, I’m playing diabloIV on PS5. Unfortunately the game didn’t launch, error code CE107891-6.

I reset the license, but it didn’t help. I deleted the game. When it launched, my characters changed from seasonal to eternal.

I played the season for many hours, please help me solve the problem.

If your characters were from season 13, they would have been converted to eternal since season 14 started on June 30th.
