Code 700004 on PS5 not on PC

Getting this error code on PS5 but not on my pc after newest update :frowning:

Correct, I can play just fine on PC, but Console is stating this.

Same, but I play on ps4. They need to fix this. I mean all the people who paid for this seasons battle pass, also I don’t want to lose this character. Also should compensate us for loss game time

Same error here on XBox. Right after an update. I froze in game. (At 298 Cinders of course.) Then had to restart.

All I get is season has ended and it’s Battle Pass can no longer be activated. Log out to access the new season. (Code 700004) since it did an update.

I have logged out and logged back in the game with same error. I have logged out of game and logged out of PS5 and logged back in with same error. I have restarted the PS5 and logged back into both and same error.

So I’m guessing I have an expensive paperweight attached to my monitor.

It’s working now! yay!!

Was working fine all day, then I tried to get back on after dinner and now I get code 700004 on both my seasonal characters on xbox series x

Same problem on PS5. I played after the update, had dinner and when I came back I get 700004.

OK I finally got back in on xbox series x. I totally turned off my console and left it off for about 10 min or so then I logged in fine. It think you have to totally log off (shut off console for total disconnect) then wait a little bit so the battle.net can reset. Hope this helps.

Status update the installation keeps freezing and everytime I try to resume it just freezes again and then I had to restart the installation and I think it was almost finished before I restarted

Don’t know if it’s because I haven’t been on in ten minutes or the reinstallation but I’m back in
