Hey everyone,
around 2 hours ago I was randomly disconnected during a dungeon run and ever since have been unable to log in after receiving the error code 395002 stating my character was not finished being saved … please wait a few minutes…
I tried again, then waited 15 minutes to try again (twice), and then waited over an hour and am still receiving the same error. It seems like there have been a few other cases being reported within these last two hours. Any fix?
Nothing I’ve tried has fixed it.
It has to be something server side and hopefully Blizzard is actually working on figuring out what is wrong and fixing it.

Nothing excited anymore in this game, now they won’t even let you login 
It must be an account lock as a result of the disconnect. It doesn’t make sense for a character backup to hold up playing the game, it should only effect playing that character.
same issue with me going on 2 hours
been trying to connect for 45mins, if only we could play the game we paid for offline…but that would be too simple of a solution…
I also have this login issue.
And this is VERY odd, because I was not logged in since a week or two!!
It’s been at least a month for me, installed this morning and got this error on first login attempt

Same here, 2 hours of waiting after the long working day. Also, no indication or feedback from the support team. Feels so disrespectful.
they might be wondering why people are still playing this game and dont check the support page for it lol
