Code 300202 at log in

Just started this morning. Server issues? (North America)

same here, EU, Poland

I also had the same error code about 10 minutes ago. I restarted the computer and now when I log in I get a new one, 315306 “Cannot find a valid license to run Diablo IV”.

Im glad I paid for this battle pass.

different error (300008) same result, can’t log in

Mines error code 300010.

Is there an official acknowledgment?

300202 here in Sweden… :frowning:

Same error in Latvia :frowning:

I am having the same issue

Same in france? Can’t log in :frowning:

Same here Code with different number login attempt failed

since the game’s been on steam it’s really buggy

Been trying to get on for an hour n half. Wife wakes up turns her pc on n logs right in Fml >.>

Same here, invalid licence at login

Most likely server overload since steam release. Sadge

There are a ton of reports on the Tech Support forum and on here.

I am getting the same errors.

I have not seen any Blue replies here on the forums (most likely in TS), or on the Twitter Blizzard CS accounts. They are West Coast US mostly but I even checked EU and did not see anything yet.

EDIT - and now I am in. I blame posting on the forums for fixing it. Even though that is completely unrealistic and not related! Heh.

MissCheetah,

Any idea if technical staff work on week ends to fix these?

Great question. The answer is yes, they do have people available on weekends or on call, to fix game breaking things that prevent large groups from logging in. Esp when I think this is more related to the Authentication systems, not the actual game specifically.

Getting logged into their games is kind of a high priority for any game company.

Communications staff who handle launcher notices, Tech Support forum comments, Twitter, etc - that may be a bit more limited, or not in yet.

To be frank, if Blizzard called me on a saturday to “come in and fix another bug” I would send them a picture of bobby kotick saying “we need to remove fun from game developement” and wish the executive good luck.
