Sounds like a you problem. I have crashed maybe twice.
Tip: Never play hardcore on server based games.
the fact you’re crashing at all makes it a you problem genius >_> even someone in the comments up has a 32 GB RAM 12k series 3060ti SSD and is having the same issues, it’s a developer problem that needs to be fixed or the game will die more than it already has.
Also “not playing hardcore” is a really ignorant tip, I’ve only been playing softcore but I wanna play hardcore cause I like the game and I want the challenge

The only times I crashed were due to the server booting me out and the executable crashing. Computer had no issues during this time frame. Once again. Twice.
Then its likely a compatibility issue, driver issue, or something blizzard specifically will have to advise on.
Its not. I have over 3000 hours in POE and I say it to those people as well. Servers and internets go out. You lose literally dozens if not hundreds of hours of your life because of a power flicker or your internet hiccups.
Hardcore isnt a challenge. Its a gimmick.
A nuisance is the person making a forum post called “Close to quitting”

Silly question are you installed on an SSD?
You mentioned your ram and vid card.
This is the best advice here. I would add if you run a browser in the background like most people probably do, turn HW acceleration for you browser off.
The cap to 60 and turning all settings down, is the first thing you should do.
Once it is stable there, then turn things up 1 at a time.
I had crashing issues in week 1. But this is where I started. I don’t have them anymore…it may happen like once a month…but rare.
Also make sure windows is not managing the power to your network adapter, Win11 loves to turn this back on after every update.

Me too, a lot of freezing, like 5 or 10 seconds, and when came back I am death. High end PC, is not a hardware problem, is the server or the game.
I had the same problem until an hour or so ago when I read this player’s post.
I had little faith but damn it worked!!
