Today after clearing “Halls of the Dammed” (twice) for the “Aspect of Disobedience” (for my Sorc build), I ran into a issue where I noticed “Reconnecting to Diablo IV” appeared in the upper left hand corner of the screen when navigating thought the dungeon. Even though my internet and other services were fully connected to the internet, including Bnet, I was still able to move about the dungeon and continue on fighting mobs. The only time “Reconnecting to Diablo IV” went away is when I restarted Diablo 4.
When I defeated the final boss, I recieved the notification that Halls of the Dammed was “cleared” and the “Aspect of Disobedience” that was supposed to pop up (for 1st time competition), never appeared while “Reconnecting to Diablo IV” still appeared in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
When trying to exit out of the dungeon via Emote wheel, I could not leave even though the option clearly indicated I could teleport out of the dungeon. It would keep teleporting me back inside the final boss chamber. I also attempted to use “T” teleport to a city, that also teleported me back inside the final boss chamber.
The third attempt was to run back to the beginning of the dungeon and leave from there. When attempting to leave the dungeon, It teleported my character back inside.
At that point, I fully exited Diablo 4, logged back in, checked my Aspect’s and the “Aspect of Disobedience” was still “greyed out” as “Not yet Unlocked”. I then again cleared “Halls of the Dammed” the second time, to which again, Aspect of Disobedience was not rewarded. So, now, I’m stuck w/o claiming the Aspect by completing the dungeon. I would have to extract the Aspect from gear to attain the “Aspect” itself.

Still unable to claim Codex “Aspect of Disobedience” from Halls of the Damned during my issue from above post since it’s already been cleared but unclaimed during the issue I encountered. I can only extract Aspect of Disobedience from gear that has the perk.
Nonetheless, I’m moving onto WT4 with my Sorc while the rarity of that Aspect is Account Bound once claimed to be useful for other account bound characters, I will not be able to claim it with current character, unless I create a new character (which will be a Necro) and hope I don’t encounter the same issue.
Really surprised there’s nothing I can do currently for a reset of the dungeon so I can claim the Aspect for all characters to use.
