anyone else receiving Cleansing Acid consumables from helltide chests?

when i did the 10 helltide chests achievement task, some chests didnt even drop anything but 1 living steel. I didnt care about the items since I was only focusing on the getting 10 open.
But yeah helltide chests are very underwhelming and that sounds like a carry over from s2
