Yeah this is pretty ridiculous at this point. Never bought a deluxe edition or pre-ordered before, definitely won’t be doing that from blizzard ever again.
I believe refunds for anything spent over base price are in order (or some valid compensation). This is just poor planning. Class action maybe if they don’t iron this out soon like before days have passed and maybe delay launch to give us what we paid for and give them time to iron out the issue. They should also consider an offline mode because i myself could care less about multiplayer and that would have made this a non-issue for me. Just saying…

And then say to that person has bought an item specifically for what was advertised and did not get what is advertised and suggest that they should just accept that they didnt get the item they paid for?
Okay you are buying a car. This car is advertised to have a radio, 4 wheels, and you are supposed to be able to get the car delivered to your house for an extra $300.
The day comes and your car does not show up. You go to the dealership and ask, “where is my car?” They tell you there was a problem with the delivery and that the car wont be there until 3-days from that date. But you specifically paid to have that car 3-days early…
You should not expect or ask for your money back if that is what you specifically paid the extra $300 for, why? Because, “you should have known that car dealerships are scummy,” based on their history? You should write that money off and not fight for yourself and get it back? Thereby allowing them to continue this behavior unchecked?
And what if we never get early access, “moppet.”
It’s only been like 13 hours. Not even a full day. Be patient, check for any updates you may need to download and relax. You can worry on the 5th if you haven’t gotten in yet.

Never once said “guaranteed 4 day early access”.
You ticked a box saying that you acknowledged potential down time and server outages, as we all did, they could not have been more clear about it.
Honestly… the game is very average in my eyes so far, but that aside, read the disclaimers that you sign before spending your money. Also, yes its Blizzard, their releases are always pretty bad, common knowledge at this point.
I wish it were not the case, but it is, this was your choice to buy in early.

Well… considering it’s actually not blizz’s fault. Sony mucked something up, apparently so did xbox. I bought the mount last night after all these damn errors and invalid codes. I was in the game, 1 minute later. So it’s something not on blizz’s side. For once… Theress people thats bought the lowest tier plat coins, and can get in. If it was on blizz’s side. buying that wouldnt fix the licensing issue.
So if anyones going to be doing a “Class action” its got to be against those two companies.
Theres been error codes saying invalid licenses. It seems to actually be on sony and microsofts side, not blizz’s. You can read the paragraph above your quote.
