Hello - on PC, cannot access clan chat at all. I cant see anything anyone is saying either. I only see achievements. I have relogged, left clan and came back, looked to make sure parental controls aren’t on my account, and nothing. i have it checked in my in game settings to see it, but still nothing. I CAN see whispers. But I’m stumped… help?

Same Problem here, i cant read and write in Clan Chat. But im the Leader… whats wrong? We have configure the rights, but not working for me… Please help

+1 my Clanchief has the same problem. But because he is Clan Chief, the whole Clan Chat isnt working.
We just get the Error message “There was a problem sending the clan chat message.”
We tried different Configurations, we tried deleting the clan and reopening another one with him as Chief, we tried opening one with another Account. We tried one with a different Name.
If someone else than him is clan chief he has the same Problem as the Thread opener but as clan Chief like i said the whole thing just stops working.
Clan Voice chat too, just stops working.

Many days later, even a support ticket removing the parental controls that sOMEHOW were on my account… removeing my authenticator…
NOTHING. I cant talk in my clan. At all. And nobody at blizzard seems to be addressing this issue anywhere that I can find?? I just wanna talk in clan chat and hangout with people

Issue still not resolved.
On xbox. Same issue.
150 people, im leader, unable to say welcome or hello to any one or respond to anything.
This is GAME BREAKING.
We have a discord up. Its a bandaid not a solution.
Has this even been acknowledged?
It took me a few days to realize… I can still see friends in clan typing in clan. I thought people were just being quiet!

deleted cache folder did not fix, why is this issue so hard to find solutions for?
I had this exact same problem for 4 days, I tried everything I saw on the forums and all.
Delete the bnet app as well as appdata and such related folders.
Opened a ticket through support, to be told to restart the game.
Added authenticator.
None of these worked.
So today I left the clan, was reinvited and was magically able to use clan chat.
Blizzard is an indie company so things like this are bound to happen.

See my response above, leave clan, rejoin fixed it for me.
I tried leaving the clan and rejoining and didn’t work for me.

sad how this is still broke
For those still having the issue, we had several people in our clan with this problem and finally have been able to solve it (for this specific case).
- Go to account[dot]battle[dot]net and login with your account (sorry won’t let me post links).
- Click the “Privacy & Communication” tab
- Make sure “Battle.net Groups” is ENABLED (If it is for you, this fix won’t work)
- If it’s not enabled enable it.
- Leave clan and have someone re-add you
After that it worked for 4 of our members.
