hello, I submit a ticket and was told to post this on the forum instead.
I completed the citadel community event within the time frame and never received the mount that was given out for completing before the date.
this is the response given to me VIA ticket.
"Game Master Rothskelsam here to check your ticket.
I see that the white tiger mount is undelivered on your Diablo IV account after meeting the requirements to get it.
I checked if there were any known issues with the rewards from the Citadel event, and I found that all bugs related to it are listed as fixed by the Diablo team. This seems to be a new issue that the developers team will need to know about. Please report this to that team by using the forums"
