how does the cirvex runeword work with a channeling skill? for example if i’m channeling dance of knives, do i have to stop every 5 casts for 3 seconds to get +1 to all skills?

I believe it won’t recast for 3 seconds until after the effect is complete.
I cant even write what i think while reading this runeword w/o getting 3 days forum vocation
