Hi all
I just did the world boss (about 30 mins ago).
There was 8 of us all around lvl64 - lvl78 and then a lvl99 and a lvl100.
Nothing seemed out of the ordinary infact i was looking forward to facing this boss as i have not seen this one before.
It died in around 8 seconds.
The starting animation happened and then everyone charged at it, straight away it lifted into the air and curled up into a ball - i thought it was about to do an AOE or something but instead it just vanished and left some loot (as always underwhelming item power of 605-690 yellow rubbish).
How the hell did it die so quick?
Are people already creating modded weapons and armour?
What Character classes were the 99 and 100? Also what’s world tier was it? Guessing T4

I herd of a glitch that cause the health to dissappear and die instantly

World bosses are a joke. Power scaling is pretty insane right now. We can kill uber lillith in under 10 seconds.

Theres 20 second solo kills. theres an 8 second necromancer kill that even shows gear.
People are building op builds.
Pretty sure… theres no way… people are hacking SERVER SIDE characters items this quickly without blizz knowing about it. although could be wrong.
There is plenty of exploits ive heard though.

Classes were a necro and a rogue.
Heres me at lvl71 struggling to survive being 1 hit killed by a normal mob on wt4 and theres people that can kill a world boss that quickly lol, its insane.
I didnt think modded stuff would be being used this quickly but i have never seen a boss drop that quickly - i mean it didnt even have a chance to try and hit us not once.

Yeah… those are not hacks…
The world bosses go from a joke to a complete loot pinata as your character scales in the later game.

Yeah true. but also gonna screw HC characters, because thats where the solo kill was. Not many will play HC (i think because of the online only crap. with lag and a simple DC will kill you.)

Not cheating, some high level characters can solo it in seconds.
How does that screw others over?

You’re special aren’t you…
By them having such symbiotic builds, it highlights what’s possible (and unintended), so the devs will nerf skills G, Y amd K, so they no longer mesh as well.
Or did you think killing a world boss in 8 seconds was the intended way of things…

Youre under leveled. Youre level 67 and if youre jn wt4 then world bosses are 90+
If i were you, and i was once, id look up a video on the world bosses and learn their moves.
You shouldnt expect ease. You should expect to have to learn a fight or learn the fastest way to run back to your body.
Because they will cause nerfs to classes, and affixes for sure. ^.^"
Who is lvl67? The boss wasnt hard it died in 8 seconds. I wanted it to be hard, i wanted a fight lol.

What boss? Was it Avarice by any chance?
Sorry I dont know the name. It wasnt averice or the gold guy or the guy that shoots blue beams from his hands and spins around slowly, its the other guy lol
Ashava… there would of been a poison pit she spawns out of.
Nope it looked like a floating necro but i didnt get a good look as it died so quick. It doesnt matter, i guess i have a long way to go with my build before i do damage like that
Well if there were multiple 90+ players there builds are most likely set up for really high single target damage. Level 100’s can do millions of damage in just a few secs alone. With multiple high/max level nothing really can survive long.
