Cheat’s Aspect Needs a Rework

The aspect has for a long while made no sense for a class that has far too much hard CC (Dazes, Stuns, and Knock Downs) which render the target incapable of fighting back while having too few options for soft CC which come with a brief duration (Caltrops, Cold Imbuement, Puncture, Advanced Penetrating Shot and Disciplined Dash).

To make it function better, it would be wise to instead debuff the target(s) to deal less damage while and 3 seconds after being CC’ed OR just have Cheat’s Aspect match the functionality of Sorcerer’s Everliving Aspect.
