chat funktion dont work since beginning with people that are not on my friens list. i dont know if it is a steam problem or generall. yes crossplay is aktiv and yes commumication between plattforms iS ACTIVATED. i allways need to send a freind request bevor chating. and that is very enoying if u whant to sell stuff. plz blizzard this is since over 1 year
