Charms Set Not Working

I am reporting an issue with the Enchanted Steel Charm set bonus (5/5) while playing a Rogue. I am currently using a Poison Imbuement build focused on Blade Dance.
The Issue:
The 5-piece set bonus is not activating consistently. When starting any activity, the bonus either fails to trigger entirely or only activates sporadically.
Expected Behavior:
The 5-piece bonus should grant:

  1. +200% Increased Damage.
  2. Simultaneous benefits of Poison Imbuement, Shadow Imbuement, and Cold Imbuement while Perception is active.
    Current Behavior:
The bonus does not trigger as described while Perception is active, resulting in a significant loss of DPS and missing elemental imbuement effects.
    Character Details:
    • Class: Rogue
    • Key Skills: Blade Dance, Poison Imbuement
    • Set: Enchanted Steel (5/5 pieces equipped)

Same. I set my whole character up around the set bonus. Re enchanted and changed aspects when I got the whole set. And the aet doesnt work. Lol. I’m probably done with this season now because I wasted so much materials and other set charms re rolling. Rip.

I am having the same problem with Barbarian Sescheron’s Fury Set 5/5. Set bonus doesn’t work at all.

Same issue with Practiced Technique 2 set for +5% attack speed, +15% movement speed. Seems to randomly break mid fight and to fix it i have to re-equip one of the set charms. Very annoying, I mean why put it in the game if its not going to work?

Crucible Charm Set completely deactivated post-respec - Barbarian build bricked (Bugged Server State)

I am hitting the exact same issue described in this thread, and none of the standard client-side workarounds are fixing it.

After doing a full respec (Skill Tree and Paragon) on my Barbarian to optimize for a zero-life / high-fury build, my Crucible Charm Set completely stopped working. The items can be placed manually into the Talisman slots, the set bonuses refuse to activate or register on my character sheet. It says it active, but no activation when I go in Pit or Nightmare or Hellfire.

To clarify, this is not an attribute or skill tag gating issue:

  • There are no Willpower/Strength/Dexterity requirement warnings on the items.

  • All mandatory skill tree tier prerequisites and relevant skill tags are fully allocated.

  • I am not violating the 1-Unique-Charm limit rule.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps to force a server recalculation, and NONE of them worked:

  1. Stripping the character entirely naked, removing all gear/charms, logging out completely, and reseating the Crucible pieces one-by-one outside of town.

  2. Refunding all skill points again to clear cached snapshots.

  3. Overwriting/deleting all Wardrobe loadout slots to clear out ghost data profiles.

  4. Swapping different Horadric Seals and toggling individual charms clockwise.

The Talisman UI frontend seems completely desynced from the backend server database after hitting “Refund All”. My character state appears permanently locked into a broken snapshot, completely bricking my endgame progression.

Please look into a backend hotfix for character profile data tracking during respecs, specifically regarding the Crucible set interactions.

Get that posted up there. Since the Crucible set is highly sought after for fine-tuning endgame stats, seeing it explicitly named should draw a lot more eyes to the issue from other players hitting the same wall. Good luck, and hopefully they push a hotfix soon!

Sme thing just happened to me

I have the same issue. Not found solution yet.

They seemed to mess up charms extremely this season and will likely ignore it until season 15.

Best way to get this fixed? Stop buying any seasonal cosmetics and choke their money out.
