Having been lucky enough to accumulate a full set of ‘practiced technique’ charms, i am enjoying the XP boost.
Wouldn’t it be nice if the level requirement weee removed from these charms? They could be restricted from trading, i.e. account locked. Then we could use them to quickly level up an alt or two.
