Charge barb, confused on what rings/amulet and aspects on build guide

The s tier HOTA build on maxroll has a charge/hota section I’ve been following but I’m confused on the gear.

I’m doing the HOTA/Charge build.

The interface shows

numbing wrath on amulet,
Veteran brawlers on one ring
Unrelenting on another ring.

However, the text, it says to equip bear clan on the amulet instead of veteran brawlers… except as you just read, it was numbing wrath on the amulet. But then says not to use the unique amulet for the build, to use numbing wrath.

It also calls for red furor as a ring, but also calls for you to run 2 aspects on your rings.

Can someone please clarify, what aspect goes on what item, and what 2 rings and amulet for the charge/HOTA build?

-Bear Clan cannot go on Amulets, so that is an error, only Rings.
-Red Ring is fantastic for HoTA.
-Unrelenting is refunding you 6 Fury only for HoTA. It does not proc on hit but a single Skill cast.
-Numbing Wrath is great for Fortify if you do not have it elsewhere.
-Veteran Brawler is good if you are wanting Charge to be a significant form of Damage.
-Not looking at the build, but it sounds very weird.
