Characters don't need to be attractive

Man that´s your opinion, i want to have my own character, not a Ghoul instead of my character, so there is a lot specially in male, that man. THEY ARE FREAKING UGLY, choose those, and let us choose what we want, WIN WIN FOR ALL, so wtf is wrong with you?¿ let people have what they want too, is narcisistic only think in yourself.

ALso we all paid. So you are no owner of our games.

Hot top: If I can’t identify with my character and feel good playing them (whether that means sexy or chonky or whatever) I will be significantly less likely to spend a lot of money on cosmetic items in the store.

strongly disagree - there should be at least choices - add to that they shoot their own profitability in the foot as the $$ model is cosmetics…theres nothing you going to do to make the blob druid look aesthetically pleasing

So true, I can’t get into the spirit of my characters since they all look ugly. Regardless of how I try to make them look decent. They don’t need to be supermodels but they need to be a bit appealing to me. This is why I love having more options when it comes to character creation.

…no? Are you even looking at them??? It’s like a lumberjack body type. Absolutely no obesity

They don’t need to be ugly either.
Why do you think actresses and actors tend to be good looking? Because people want to be wowed when watching fantasy, films, media. It’s part of the escapism. We love to marvel at beautiful elves, sexy vampires, etc. They’re compelling. You should be able to make an ugly character but don’t force people to. People literally play these games to play a fantasy version of a character, and role play in a way. No play run of the mill joe that wouldn’t even make it in that cutthroat world anyhow.

Ridiculous. I should be beautiful or ugly or chunky or w/e I want. They need to add more options or a slider.

Why shouldn’t they be? Who wants to look at an average body type?

You’re blind. … .

It’s really not. No. That dude is fat. Not big boned, not a camera issue, the guy is fat. And don’t misunderstand, I don’t mind I like the fat guy but let’s not pretend.

Well that explains alot.

Is being a literal shapeshifter not interesting to you?

Character creation in the Beta is lacking compared to other games. Attractive or ugly, it doesn’t matter. I want to make the character that I want to make. It’s an RPG…who are you to judge?

It is. Then why can’t I shapeshift out of this ugliness?

Not all Humans need to be pretty either, so I hope that makes people who want ugly characters feel warm and fuzzy inside.

There should be various body options.

Representation shouldn’t be forced, it should be given as a choice.

Just add all the body types to all the characters. It’s literally up there with the choice between skin colours. Would you be ok if druid was the only class who couldn’t be dark skinned, because that’s the class fantasy?

Add more options.

Sliders would be nice.

With regards to what users like [ruofythgiE] are posting, I really ask myself an intellectual question: If theoretically players had total freedom in creating their characters (Asian level character creators), how many players would choose to go with the “woke” unhealthy unappealing look versus making a druid a beautiful wood sorceress or the Necro a beautiful Vampiric Countess?

I’m just gonna guess numbers but I bet you that 90% of player base or more would create “cool looking characters” and not ugly fat or starving characters. Basically this woke stuff is imposing on majority the beliefs of a very small minority.

Sliders, or just sharing the already included body types that are in game as customization options, but for other classes.
They are literally already done, just share them across.
