Both of my characters were deleted seemingly after I linked my twitch account to my battle.net account last night for drops.
I played just fine until midnight then logged in this morning to find both of my characters just gone. I paid for the deluxe version and played on early access. I’m on the Xbox Series X
Please help.
This is what happened to me as well, but on Playstation. Lost characters, & even my ultimate edition content (as well beta rewards)
UPDATE:
I didn’t realize I had linked my account to an old email. I thought that I was progressing on a new email account I swore I created during the early access; however, all of my data was on the old email account.
I relinked the old account to my XBL and both my characters are there still.
