On two separate occasions, my character was not visible after respawning, which made the game unplayable. My character remained invisible until I exited the dungeon I was in or reloaded the game.
On both occasions, I think I moved the instant I respawned, so I think this might be related to moving too quickly when I respawn rather than waiting for the screen to load properly.
+2. My friend and I were playing and had the same experience. I am a barb, he’s a Rogue. It first happened with me against some boss. My body was invisible, but I could still hit (and be hit). It was impossible to play, no way to avoid anything. Later in the battle, it happened to my friend’s character, too.
Same thing happened to me after respawn in dungeon while in party with my wife, I was barb, she was sorc. She could still see me normally on her screen, but I could not see myself although I could still “play,” meaning my invisible char could move and attack. Fixed itself after relogging.

I experienced this too, way I “fixed” it (just a work around to become visible again) was to summon a town portal, once the animation of your character begins summoning the portal you become visible again so you can cancel the portal summon.
