This is nothing new, but why hasn’t this been fixed? The first time it loads it stutters like crazy as your character moves and switching does it too. It just gives the game a janky first impression.
Once in game, it runs smooth as glass, but the Store does it, too.

Oh, noes, for 2 seconds it jerks a bit as it settles in. 
As with all Blizzard games, what a great community we have here.
They adopted the Apple genius method. Seems like they have quite a few staff posting as opposed to actually working on the game - for that, they probably have gig workers, and compartmentalization means things don’t work well once pulled together. After all, better (more cost-effective) to change people’s perceptions than to actually address issues, right?
