Started a sorc at 7pm when game went live. Logged off about 10pm to get dinner. Went to log back in and I now have no characters available. After logging into bnet it takes me to the create new char screen. Any ideas?
Happened to me too but my sorcerer I’ve been grinding for 4 days. Happened after connecting for twitch drops on Xbox and character deleted seems to be a console issue
Just crazy how that could even happen. How many betas did they run? So are we just screwed? I’m not creating another one just to be deleted again. I know it sounds crazy, but I’d like to actually keep the char. And of course blizzard support has nothing to say.
I was playing for the past few days and both of my characters disappeared. Now I only have a screen that makes me create a new one. Just my luck that the same thing happened to me during the beta.
This happened to me after I linked my Xbox account to Battlenet. I had a sorc and a rogue, all were deleted.
This is worse than the d3 launch. Im seeing several posts created in the last hour or so all about deleted chars. Is this not the official support page for d4?? Where else would we go to solve this if not here?? Wtf

Maybe log a support ticket as well - I logged a ticket from Battle.net using Contact Support > Account > Not Listed Here - had to click through a few “tell us about the issue” prompts but was able to submit in the end.
