Logged off last night at 11:05pm and my level 50 Sorc was still there yet now when I log in to the game my character is gone and I have to start all overall also I haven’t deleted my character that all.
Not a great thing to have happen after having spent $170 dollars played in the early access only to lose everything when trying to play today with my brother.
I linked my twitch and psn to my blizzard today for the drops and now my barbarian is gone aswell, telling me to start over fresh…
Same thing just happened to me. Got disconnected, once I finally got logged back in. My character is gone!
same here. i linked my blizzard account to my psn.
I also linked my PSN to battlenet for the twitch drops and now wish I had not done so
Same issue! I actually connected my PSN to a new battlenet account and then connected all my socials, twitch and other console accounts to it

Ok, here is an update.
I disconnected my PSN account from the new battlenet account and then connected it again to the old battlenet account and everything is back.
So the D4 progress seems to be not tied to your PSN account but to your battlenet account which is super f"ed.
No idea if this will work if you did not have an older battlenet account already linked, but perhaps try removing the link?
I’m in the same boat myself. Created a new battle.net account and connected it to my PSN account, now both of the characters I had are gone. I’ll try disconnecting my PSN account from my battle.net account to see if my characters come back too.

Ya, my characters are still gone despite having de-linked my PSN account. So until Blizzard gets this mess fixed I think a lot of us are screwed.

So for example, i created a new battlenet account and linked my playstation account to it, and because of this my characters were gone. I had to unlink it from this account.
Until i logged into my old battlenet account and linked my playstation account there and i got my character back!

Ouch. I can’t even remember the login info for my old battle.net account that it was likely connecting to originally… ugh time for account recovery shenanigans! xD
