Got disconnected. After I reconnected, the character level no longer show and I can’t do whispers or mercenary barter anymore. Anything that is level dependent no longer works. I am playing a seasonal Spiritborn and was at level 60 paragon 90+.

I’m having the same issue. Seemed to coincide with the latest patch they just pushed out this week
