Is it me, or does Diablo Immortal have more/better character creation options than D4? Not very impressed with this part so far.

Check out BG3 character creation…it is FREAKIN AWESOME. It puts D4 to absolute shame, terribly embarrassing for a huge studio like Blizzard (~10,000 vs ~400 at Larian).

BG3 puts it to shame. DIV’s cc looks like it’s from mid 2000s.

I’d love to as I keep hearing so many good things about that game. I’ve put in more hours into D4 than I liked though, and I budget the rest of my spare time for PoE.
I hope people are at least enjoying BG3. Never really got into DnD except for a couple rounds randomly with people here and there, and a couple books as a teenager.
I played Perfect World International back in 2010-2012, and it was a poop chinese mmo that NCsoft turned into intense P2W. But that game had the best character creation outside of modded Skyrim that I’ve ever seen. You could even make your face asymmetrical. Adjust eyebrows height, width, thickness… eye spacing, cheek fullness, beard density and length… body type down to minute details like torso length and leg length. I was able to make a copy of my IRL self in that game. FFXIV cc is good, but not THAT good.
Haven’t seen anything come close, and this was Blizzard’s only chance to impress me. Big surprise, I wasn’t.

Yeah its crazy they want to sell cosmetics yet give us a terrible creator

Although D4s character creator is particularly mediocre and is surpassed by Divinity 3, you have low standards if that’s what you think is awesome.
Plenty of games do character creation far better the Divinity 3.
Not new games either, games what been out for years.

You can’t even have blonde hair in this game. It looks like some brownish grey with low chroma.
I’m stuck with a teal/black combo because apparently blue is too hard. WoW ironically has better hair coloring.

These are just a few. Basically anything that offers morphs/bodyslides or a more robust collection of customizable presets such as piecing together different eyes,mouths,nose, etc to make the head.
I got bored making the list, so I stopped. It was a bit of a challenge to try and keep the list that small.
