After accepting the quest from the NPC, I kept going down. There were vines blocking the way. When I reached the quest location, the NPC transformed into a monster. After defeating it, she turned back into human form. I talked to her and a terrifying picture appeared. Then the game froze. For three seasons, I couldn’t pass that quest no matter what I did - changing computers or characters didn’t help. I can’t access the map below and thus can’t get the map rewards.
