So i completed the 3rd chapter of the story for the season and even tho it shows i claimed the rewards the mount armor isnt appearing in my stable. Ive tried logging out closing the game and getting back on on both my characters and it isnt there for either one.

you are not alone i have this same issue as most of us probably do , its bugged cause i do not have the mount or the mount armor and im on PC

I have the same exact problem on console.
Its the second time ive not gotten a mount armor when completing or purchasing something for it. Why is it so hard to make a working game?
