My char had to port back to main town. The travel-back port disappeared, so I tried to walk back on foot. However, the tunnel is not accessible, and all paths leading back to the place are blocked. Now no more progress on the game. And there is no way to restart/reset the quest.
Please fix this terrible bug!

Same issue here: I cannot get back to the area where Airidah is because all paths are blocked.
My sorceress (Yocodra, EU) hit a bug that prevents her from completing the main quest line, on the act 2 quest “Apex of misery”. I portaled to town just as I got in range of Airidah and cannot get back to the quest area anymore (the portal was removed because I had to leave the game for a while): all paths to get there from any waypoints are still blocked (with “fog”). Also the entrance of the cave/dungeon used to get there during the quest is now blocked (it looks open, but I cannot pass through). How do I get back to reach Airidah now?
