Please allow customizing body type. Would like to tell if I’m playing my fantasy of a sorceress. The chars other than barb looked gender neutral.
What kind of customization we talking? Saint’s Row type where you can use a slider to make your genitals as comically large or small as you want?
No to be honest I wish my rogue and sorceress has a slight bigger bust. The male model versus female looked too similar lol.
I think they were going for a “realistic” character model. I’m a guy so I cannot speak on this truly, but I don’t know many physically fit women that have large busts.
Not saying it’s right or whatever. Just trying to understand the rational.
Brother I know many fit strong women that look feminine. That’s what I was hoping for. The realism seems off to me lol -again I’m a guy too and I expected more on the bust lol
I am betting boob sliders.
Women characters can be feminine and still slay demons in style. My buddy went male sorc and I female we looked exactly the same except for the long hair I gave my toon

Do not look the same and I am pretty sure there is no confusion on which is male and which is female (well, for people will reasonable vision…who have encountered women and men before).
Of course they wont look the same when you change their gender AND everything else as much as possible. Useless image means nothing.
I actually want a barbarian with the body type the rogue//sorceress has…
I dont want to be big buff gigachad its so whack
I also would like to be a sorceress with the druids body type,
Its so messed up they made the body types like this and unchooseable.
Always going on and on about character identity and customization "OMG YOUR CHARACTERS IN THE IN GAME CUTSCENE like other games that have been around for years lol.
Whats the point when you cant make a character you identify with or gives more immersion.
You complained about looking gender neutral but then say they will not look the same if I choose different genders. That is self-contradictory.
As for them being ethnically different, I could have given the characters the same skin tone and hair but the body shape and facial features would be the same–diferent enough to tell them apart.
When conparing genders you only compare those things. Why are you changing a ton of random things that both can have? It completely invalidates anything youre trying to prove.
Dude, I made different characters. I did not just pop into the game to take those screenshots because the game is currently not available. I make characters of all different types, largely because historically games have not really given an option to make characters which remotely look like me or at least not horribly stereotyped version of people of my ethnicity.
As for changing random things, that is because those things do not make a difference to me being able to tell the character is a woman. I do not need a D cup and high heels to be able to distinguish a woman as a woman.
Mate youre clueless. If you compare two things. You want them as similar as possible so you can actually compare those two things. Idk what bs about stereotypes your rambling about.
No, I can figure out you want boob sliders. You are just afraid to say it and hide behind conservative terminology to make it seem like everyone else has a problem.
The game is about gritty realism. No cheesecake, anime, high-heeled, low bodice style here. I would say, “Sorry” but I am not.
And more contradiction by you, claiming I am clueless but writing, “Idk was bs about stereotypes your (sic) rambling about.” Seems to me you are the clueless one here and not really wanting one.
I leave you to your pointless whining.
Brother youve spent too much time on the internet if this is what you get from my posts. You know what a control is? Its things you keep the same when you compare things so they do not interfere with results.
Your rambling about stereotypes is completely irrelevant.
Guys, I’m a girl. and I loved that they put realistic female characters without bikini armor.
The two genres are quite different from each other. But they wear armor, of course it looks the same from the back from a top view. But what did you want? A bayonetta-like game?
I appreciate the aesthetic choices the devs made. In previous Diablo games there were minimal choices - all you get to pick in D2 is a character with zero modifications, and your only character choice in D3 is gender. I’m thrilled that they included character customization at all - because historically, this game hasn’t had it.
I found it a refreshing change that the character models for both male and female were not exaggerated. It was nice having the character models be a “typical athletic build” for both genders rather than the overused balloon-busted, wasp-waisted females and gigantic iron-man male models in many other games. My toons of both genders looked like they were running marathons every day (because they did!) in clothing mostly suitable for a traveling mercenary.
All I know is I want to make Dad bod version of Thor.
BTW I’ve seen plenty of “feminine muscular women” at the gym before. Like we’re talking Beefcake, ultimate snusnu, muscles. You know what else they had?
The fakest tig ol’ bitties you’ve ever seen.
Sorry to bust your fantasy but silicone ain’t real man.
