Changes to NEARLY every single unique

Edit: in one of this replies he mentions to another person that there will be changes to improve obtaining mythic uniques (ubers) as well in S5.

Good, all the Barb uniques and mythicals desperately need a rework or replacement; nearly all of them are trash.

The changes to Mad Wolf’s Glee are worse for rabies druids.

Wowhead had a few of the new uniques posted a while ago. I guess one of the influencers they invited leaked some things.

Looking forward to this. Uniques make a lot of fun builds,which are subpar right now due to tempering being so powerful.

From PTR build. It’s not up to date, and there were virtually no changes to existing uniques in it.

It isn’t a comprehensive list, just a few examples, both for general uniques and a couple examples for each class. I hope it’s not a finished list, because rabies basically can’t make use of 2 of the stats on the new mwg.

I’ll wait for the official patch notes.

If an item no longer works for a build, it’s by design, and wasn’t meant to be for that build to begin with (most likely). They’re changing a LOT in S5/S6, we’re just waiting to find out what exactly.

Classes in general will be fine, you just might not be able to run existing planned builds the way they are atm.

They need to increase the drop rate of mythic uniques and uniques in general . Just because S5 is going to be a shorter season. And majority of the people won’t be able to experience the cool loots otherwise.

Thanks for this, now we just need the patch notes on Thursday. Was hoping they would get the majority of the Uniques done for S5. Just in time before they add even more with the expansion.

More sources are going to be able to drop uniques, so that’s a decent alternative to higher rates. Pretty much anything you do to get gear has a chance of uniques (mythic or otherwise) now.

Hope it is true, big revamp of uniques is like the only think which may be interesting in S5.

Every unique skill-specific item must be mandatory in the build. If I’m going to play rapid fire I need the swindler’s kiss. That’s the idea for each skill. Of course, in the future we may have more than one option per unique item for each skill. -Many unique items were already useless and have become worse now with S4. They needed a redesign.

hopefully the shako gets +99 to all skills! if thats too op, than plus 5 to all passives :slight_smile: hahah

Strongly disagree… I want to play builds, not uniques.

It will be how you want, bcs we can´t have 10 uniques for every skill. So uniques for one skill will be either bad (so you will ignore) or good (so you will take it=mandatory)

But saying uniques has to be mandatory is nono.
