Changeling debt question, please help

Hi, I can’t understand a point of this aspect .
The text says “…increased damage WHILE hitting a poisoned enemy as a werebear…etc” .

The question is : skills that last many seconds, like Hurricane or Cataclysm, do benefit from the aspect, IF I cast them as a HUMAN and then switch to bear ?

Unfortunately I am not able to test this myself, so I ask for help.

I am playing very funny build that makes use of Hurricane, Creeping Vines for poison (that I cast as a human), and metamorphic stone with Dolmen. All of that, with Vasily+Insatiable fury for werebear various benefits and+skills.

If Changeling benefits Hurricane and Cataclysm while I am in Werebear form, I will take it asap :slight_smile: Thank you

If it states while poisoned or while CCd it does not matter what skill poisoned or CCd the mob, as long as they are under that status effect and you are in Werebear/Werewolf form you get that bonus. You have to be in that form when you cast the skill, you cannot be in human form and then shift and the skill that was already cast get a damage bump.
