The highest chance to drop a Mythic Unique is from Tormented Bosses.
As you said you can craft one with 4 Sparks too.
You get a Spark when you collect the last cache from Istel. It’s the Tier 20 reward. This is repeatable. You’ll need to make a new character and do the seasonal quest line and collect all the caches again but it’s technically repeatable.
And you get one Spark the first time you kill Lilith per season.
