Chain Stuns make the game not fun

Chain stuns are just to long…if all of my spells are on cooldowns I just sit in place and die…seems like a helpless (not fun) gaming experience.

Chain cc is not fun agree 100%. I think it will decrease on Season 4.

Chain crowd control against the player is tolerable. It’s not as bad as it used to be back in Season 1. At most players are hit by two separate CC. If you’re getting killed because of that, it’s your own fault for spamming your cooldown or the lack of Unstoppable cooldown.

Curious to know which mobs are now CC-ing hard (yet alone chain CC) ?

The only times I’ve been chain CC-ed so far have been blue Spiders in the pit (speaking about the PTR/S4)

I guess high level Knights can be a problem too but they’re really dealable lately (nowhere near where they used to be)

In general the game is really dealable with CC, IMO they did really a good job with it

Actually come to think of it the Hellbournes are the only ones that do chain CC most reliably (especially Barb with Charge and Leap)

The only thing I can think of is the final room in Vaults with tons of Elites.

The snakes with the green flashlight thingy are the worst

On mobs that can stun I hold an unstoppable cooldown. I pretty much always put Ghostwalker on boots too so I can get out before the next CC.

And this is the improved version of the game; remember six months ago being chain-frozen 15+ seconds in a row? Ugh.

Topaz in your armor slots will give you DR when CC’d.
There is an affix that makes you Unstoppable when hit while CC’d
Any skill with Unstoppable ignores CC.

There are ways around getting stun locked. It is annoying, there was the last room in S3 on the ice vault I think where I would get stun locked because there was so much monster density in there and it got annoying fast.

In the pit I got hit by waller then freeze wall then fear all in the same group.
Not exactly chain stunned but 3 at a time with limited room to move.
