Could be the change to Static Surge. IIRC it doesn’t give mana back anymore, but does give a nice big damage boost.
i am noticing more damage, but now the builds feel clunky again as it did when first gearing for it… now with not much to turn to, not sure what to do.
Did you switch out conjuration mastery/“primordial binding” (lame af) on an amulet? That might do it. Regardless, if you’re dealing cold damage with frostburn or lucky hit tempers, make sure to max out the frigid breeze passive if you haven’t already.
