Cerrigar on Eternal Realm stuck in wrong Phase

Cerrigar on Eternal realm has a fire rain and is in the state as when Astaroth invaded during the campaign.
This already was bugged back on the PTR and is still like this.
There are also NPCs with missing dialogue, their menu options showing as !!Missing!! - 1013552:MenuLabel

Please someone fix Cerrigar on Eternal Realm, I’m done with Season and I’ve not been doing the Campaign in a year, it is plainly bugged on Eternal.

Screenshot as proof or whatever but everyone can literally just log in on eternal and see.

Yeah, it’s completely busted. Can’t even access the dungeon in the north of the town because of it.
