I’ve been skipping pretty much all of these since early game. Am I missing out on somehting?
Good place for monster bone parts?
Maybe for beats bones and goblin partys.

I’ve had Butcher in multiples of them,
AND
one had 4 treasure goblins in it…
Don’t skip them.
Just write them down once you’ve done them, since BLIZZ didn’t add a DONE marker that stays…it’s just a green check until you shut game down…

Yes, I’m a completionist, so I have a notebook beside me, stumble on them, write it down, then clear it…
I’ve done over 30 of them in 2.5 zones so far…
They are quick and easy and random is random so you never know if you are going to get some amazing loot out of one. Also they are part of the Tree of Whispers bounty system.

You mean the dude that doesn’t drop anything worth spending the time to kill him? Nah, I’ll pass.
The Tree of Whispers is tired of seeing me. 
Cellars are great, there is a random chance to get one that just has three loot goblins in it.
Cellars are quick clears with high chance of legendaries.
You could clear them in less than 60 seconds.
Guess I’ll start circling back lol.
