Walked up to the cathedral of light after accepting all other quests in town. Door would not open. Then I dashed through the closed door, walked up to the alter and no one was home. Walked to the door and dashed back out. Walked back and forth pretty far, outside to the door and after the 4th or 5th time it finally opened.
