I did the first half of the dungeon where I had to collect Animus but there was not enough Animus to open the door and I ran around the dungeon to see if I missed any mobs but I killed everything and I still only had 90% out of 100% to enter the room.

Just encountered the same problem. Leveling an alt character and fully cleared beginning of the dungeon and there’s no mobs left and i’m at 90% animus. no animus orbs on the ground anywhere.
I did the cathedral so many times to me and helping people level up and everything ran fine. Did you kill all elites ?
