I defeated Mephisto/Wolf, and now at the Catharsis quest where I have to search for Eru with Neyrelle.
I’ve walked the indicated area back n forth 10 times but there’s just nothing…
Update: I found him, but… I already walked over the trigger spot many times before, so something isn’t properly programmed here.
If you’re stuck here too: it’s the blood spot at the southern point of the indicated area. If it doesn’t work: leave game and try again (potentially multiple times…)

Also affecting me. Kinda disappointed with the amount of bugs.
This also happened to me but after 4 tries I figured out how to fix it. When you are on your mount it’s going to kick you off as you approach the quest area. Just town portal to town and go back in and just run to the quest from there.
The bug is that Neyrelle gets stuck in an animation and stops following you once you are kicked off the mount even if you didn’t receive any damage.
Happened to me today. I was going crazy going around in that small area trying to find the old man.
