I can’t find the recipes for the catalytic jewelry. ALL seasonal quests and challenges are completed. I’ve done 100s of T4 strongholds at max attunement. I still only have the Spark of Creation. I’ll be almost paragon 250 at this point without any of my gems its its extremely frustrating.
