I cannot enter capstone lv 70 dungeon, I interact and nothing happens. Does anyone know a fix or if this part of the game is broken? I’ve tried for multiple days now and I’m not sure if I am missing something. I also cannot find any official support from blizzard on this so if someone could maybe provide a link to that I’d be grateful. For now I guess I’ll try playing tomorrow if it works.
Are you sure you are at the correct Capstone dungeon? There are 2. The level 50 and level 70 dungeons are not in the same location.

I’m at the lv 70 one, I even ran into three others there asking if I am able to interact, as they cannot either. So it seems others are being affected by this as well
If you aren’t you also need to be in WT3

Echo of hatred capstone is only world tier IV though, I cannot start it in world tier III.
