Got a problem with sending private messages. I can get them, but not send untill i add this person to my friend list. All privacy and messaging settings are set to ‘public’. Steam has the same settings. Technical support from Steam gave the answer that the problem is on the side of Battlenet. So it is, I downloaded the client, when a person writes me a private message in Diablo 4, it is shown and through the application Battlenet, but I can not answer the same in the game and through the application. Gives an error ‘7000’. The support recommended to contact here, that my problem would be reviewed.

Still not. Waiting for Vessel update… Maybe they will fix this bug… If not… We should create more tickets 
same issue here, I’m unable to send messages to anyone today, but everything was working fine yesterday. I’ve been using the Xbox Battle Pass without purchasing the full game, and I had no issues with messaging. However, after buying the Standard Game + Expansion Pack today, I suddenly can’t send any messages. I’ve already checked my privacy and communication settings, and they’re the same as when I started playing. Nothing has changed on my end. Could you help me figure out what’s going on?
I am also having this issue and it breaks the game for me. Has anyone including BLIZZARD found a solution to this?
