Can't use the pet

I refunded the new expansion since i am not sure if i will be able to play at this time and after logging in my pet was gone. I tried multiple times to select and confirm the pet but it didin’t work. Tried uninstalling and installing the game but it didin’t change a thing either. Does anyone had/have similar problems and did manage to solve it?

I am not sure how many people have purchased the expansion just to refund it before it even launched.
I have my pets, you should still have the dog because that was game wind and not part of the expansion.

I know, tried to select a dog multiple times but still it doesn’t work

Did it so many times. Even tho when i select a dog he won’t appear

Definitely sounds like a bug, very odd and specific one of course, but hopefully they fix it for you soon.

I cannot even see my pet with all of my necro minions. It’s like he hides under the golem.

3 of the pets were part of the expansion preorder I believe. There is a quest in kyovashad to get a dog. Have you done that quest?

i did few days ago. Exactly when the pet patch launched. Used the pet since then but after refunding the expac he just disappeared

Did you go to the wardrobe and see if you can select the pet everyone got?

As of august 11th 2024 … pet no longer appears or follows my lev. 33. Rogue when it was fine and wadelling behind me the day b4. Was wondering if it might be something in my gear, you know kinda like where a mage cannot wear chainmail and cast spells kinda thing’ but nope … striped down, took up a membership at kovayastad skinny dippers … still nonoet after going to wardrobe and selecting the stubborn mutt …

Playing on Xbox 1 and Xbox X

I’m on PS4. Same thing happened just now, right after bearing Lilltith and her daughter. I had to leave the game, log out and log back in for the dog to appear once more.
