Can't use Aspect

I have a fiendish folio that I imprinted once before. Now I’m trying to overwrite it and it it grayed out at the oculist saying only rare and legendary items can be imprinted. Anyone else have this issue?

You mean like one of the several hundred other posts about the same thing?

There is a search button on the bug forum, or you can just scroll down a bit and answer this question for yourself.

So instead of answering their question you decided to be inflammatory instead?

Teach a man to fish…

Answering his question one time helps him one time.

Teaching him to use the search function means he will never have this question again.

Teaching them to fish then punting them into the water to show them whos boss.

I did nothing of the sort.

I am not his boss, and he does not have to take my advice at all. But at least he will know it is there, if he comes back to read this thread.

So, like you must have searched in your many posted then, there must have been many other post, and no answers… so your reply was a waste of time since you didn’t give an answer as you have no solution. The search button brought up useless searches in a horrible little drop down box of unrelated topics. the box that originally popped up on the right side of the screen when i logged into this forum and created a post popped up topics unrelated. i had to scroll through about 100 random forum posts to find another one that talked of this, so yes, you are right, there are other post about this and they did not give an answer. so, i’m still stuck at my original post of asking if someone had an answer which is why i came to this post since there is no help request button in game for a bug to ask diablo for assistance.

i can understand that it may feel like many players are flooding forums with the same question, but if you have 1 million players and 1000 are all posting the same question, it is because 1000 of them all experience the same problem with a game and they all may be frustrated. it may be because they logged in asking for help because there is not easy way for them to get help in game and the game is not working as intended. more than that, it is not typically the user that is meant to “figure it out” or search for an answer to fix the solution. though most people end up doing that because of the frustration, and you believe the search function is easy to use from your point of view because you may know how to use it well, as someone who has no idea how it works, it is not intuitive, and does not work well for a new user to find useful information.

Your question was asking someone else to waste their time for you, when it would have been easier for you to just scroll down a little bit and answer your own question.

You wanted to waste someone else’s time. I asked you not to do that.

Waste their time? If they had the answer, then they could answer, if not, let blizzard, you know the one who has billions, answer the masses of forums asking to fix bugs. You are answering things and wasting your time? I don’t think so, I think Newbcaek had it right, you were just being rude and prideful to someone because you think you were better and knew more than them. You didn’t ask, you tried to make a funny comment about it at my expense. Simply put, I came here to get an answer from blizzard to fix the game, you are on here to make others who know less about the game or forums feel bad because you feel more powerful in your forum world.

Side note, reading your other post, you answer simply even when the people ask a similar question about something that has been posted many times before. You just tell them the answer and that it’s been posted. So really, only my post you felt like being sarcastic and rude to a new player about it and it was then noticed by another person. You intentionally wrote that and you didn’t do that on the many other replies to questions people ask. Very much different from all you other post and how you respond to others and treat others.

Blizzard does not respond here. You are asking another player to go look for your answer for you instead of you doing it for yourself.

Some players ask if something else has been reported before, and many obscure bugs have only been posted a few times and will be hard to find with a search.

In your case, it was plastered all over the front page of the bug forum, and when you posted, about 1/5 posts were on the subject.

Asking if someone else had seen the issue means that you posted without even reading what was right there on the front page of the bug forums.

So I pointed out that this has been posted hundreds of times, and asked you to read or search before posting, and I stand by that. Search next time you are about to post, and you won’t stick your foot in your mouth again.

Why are you so offended that someone suggested that you search before asking if someone else had seen a bug?
